BEXXIE teams up with Rodrigo Serna to create the highly-addictive and infectiously danceable, “Got Me“. This song marks their second collaboration together, and listeners can expect to hear a beautiful blend of their distinct styles: BEXXIE’s modern and dynamic take on house music with old-school vibes, and Rodrigo Serna’s underground instrumentals with a hypnotic groove and catchy vocals.

Taking a closer look at the song from a sonic perspective, “Got Me” masterfully commands listener attention and participation from start to finish with its tasteful ear candies, high-energy percussion, groovy bass lines, catchy vocals, and pleasant balance of energy and dynamics. The track builds tension, energy, and anticipation, and as soon as the drop hits, we just felt like moving and grooving. During the breaks, the track dials down the energy a bit to give space and grace for the gorgeous and addictive vocals of MarynCharlie to breathe and shine, and to provide palatable contrast with the energetic parts of the song.

BEXXIE herself has been immersed in the NYC rave scene since the 90s, and has been producing and DJing since the late 90s. She has been making huge waves in the recent past years, most recently having opened for Seven Lions for his Journey III Tour. This flaming talent has garnered several millions of streams on Spotify, received support and supported from some of the biggest names in Dance (David Guetta, Tiësto, Cash Cash, Above and Beyond, and more), landed on huge labels like Insomniac, Anjunabeats, Toolroom, Thrive, and more; and played for major festivals such as EDC, Imagine, Group Therapy Weekender at the Gorge, and Group Therapy Weekender in London.

Rodrigo Serna is a talented beast of his own. After attending a 2019 Claptone show where he heard “Turn Off the Lights” by Chris Lake, Rodrigo knew exactly what he wanted to do. He started seriously producing in August of 2020, with no prior music training nor connections, and has since amassed an impressive 1.5 million+ streams on Spotify, gotten releases on Thrive, NONSTOP, NOID, Insomniacs IN/RO, and has gotten support from heavyweights like Fisher, GUZ, Westend, Chris Lake, Paco Osuna & John Summit to name a few.
