This will be an amazing opportunity to connect with other folks in the industry! This will also be a charity fundraiser event where the proceeds will go towards supporting different animal rescues.
Open Door Sessions will take place from 3:30pm to 8:30pm, then there’s the night time show with SAN PACHO doing his 360 Stage Experience.
Neon Owl will be taking over the LIN LOUNGE stage 🙂

We are accepting demo submissions! PLEASE register for the event then send us an email and let us know that you’re submitting for ODS SF 1015, along with your order #, and a downloadable Soundcloud link of your demo over to [email protected] no later than 5/1/24 11:59pm PST.

Limited tracks will be selected. We suggest artists to get their ticket/demo priority ticket ASAP.
DEMO PRIORITYÂ TICKET holders will get the highest priority for their demo submission. This is highly recommended to get your track prioritized to be played and heard by key influencers and decision makers at the event.
If you are selected, you will get a chance to share your track with our panelists and get live feedback at our event. For Demo Priority ticket holders that don’t get their track selected for the event, you will still get email feedback from the panelists/team a few weeks after the event. We encourage early submission for a higher chance of being selected. You will be notified prior to the event if your demo has been selected to be played live. Demo Priority submissions after the due date will still receive e-mail feedback from the panelists/team.

This specific Open Door Sessions will be an 21+ event, since it is hosted at a nightclub. Please do not sign up if you are under the age of 21+, but feel free to stay tuned to all of our upcoming events which are typically all ages.Â

We have an artist development branch called Open Door Sessions, focused on helping artists get discovered, heard, and signed. We host music industry networking events, panel talks and demo listening parties in major cities around the US as well as virtually.

The range of topics we have covered ranges from building and monetization, mental health awareness, production 101, art of DJing, music marketing, networking etiquette, women dominating music, diversity + inclusion, building an events company, to entertainment law. With every event, we also host a demo listening party, and have had a fair share of collaborations and tracks signed from our events.
Since launching Open Door Sessions, magic has been created among the attendees and our community — from countless booked gigs, networking opportunities, partnerships, to tracks signed onto labels like Armada, Reaching Altitude, Wave Music, Fierce Animals, Sloth Acid, Play Me Records, Chrom Recordings and more.
The cities we currently host in person events at are: San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Denver and Amsterdam. We are also partnered with clubs and festivals for special industry programming, and host Open Door Sessions VIRTUAL every quarter online.
