Multiple ticket types are available; whether you can only make the night show, or want to attend ODS and get your demo prioritized, or all the above!
If you plan on coming to the night show, we are assuming that the name you purchased your show entry ticket with is your same legal FULL NAME (as it appears on your ID).
If for some reason it is not, or if you purchased more than 1 show entry ticket, you can send us an e-mail to [email protected] ASAP and provide the correct legal full name/legal name of additional guest, along with your order #.

NOTE: You can grab tickets to NIGHT GLOW for only $10. But if you want to come to the INDUSTRY PORTION as well, make sure you grab the correct ticket type; $25 includes ODS + GL to show.
NOTE: Audio ticket holders for that night can get free entrance all night to Bergerac. Just show us your Audio stamp at the door for entrance 🙂

Deadline to submit demos is Thursday 12/5!
PLEASE register for the event then send us an email and specify that it’s for ODS BERGERAC 12/7, along with your order #, and a downloadable Soundcloud link of your demo over to [email protected] no later than 12/5.
This specific Open Door Sessions will be an 21+ event, since it is hosted at a nightclub. Please do not sign up if you are under the age of 21+, but feel free to stay tuned to all of our upcoming events which are typically all ages.

Limited tracks will be selected. We suggest artists to get their ticket/demo priority ticket ASAP.
DEMO PRIORITY TICKET holders will get the highest priority for their demo submission. This is highly recommended to get your track prioritized to be played and heard by key influencers and decision makers at the event.
If you are selected, you will get a chance to share your track with our panelists and get live feedback at our event. For Demo Priority ticket holders who attend the event but don’t get their track played at the event (due to too many submissions), you will still get email feedback from the panelists/team a few weeks after the event. We encourage early submission for a higher chance of being selected. Demo Priority submissions after the due date will still receive e-mail feedback from the panelist/team, or possibly even on the waitlist for live feedback.
