What are some examples of topics and lessons in the Mastermind?

Topics include but are not limited to:

◊ Logistics of running a business, finances and numbers, to legal issues and contracts

◊ Networking etiquette along with how to build and maintain relationships in the music industry

◊ How to grow your fan base and leverage other brands to grow your own

◊ Lessons on building twitch, starting a Spotify playlist to music distribution

◊ How to get noticed on different platforms, gain opportunities on gigs, collaborations, and radio play

◊ Topics around mental health, diversity and inclusion among other wellness talks

We always host demo listening parties at our events where we bring in established artists, record labels, taste makers and curators to give you feedback on your tracks. Artists get to have their tracks critiqued and worked on, and sometimes even signed to labels. All production levels are encouraged, whether you are just starting out or are an excelled producer.

Although not guaranteed, depending on the nature of your work and progress, there may be opportunities for us to link your music to key curators and decision makers. This is highly dependent on your commitment to your work, growth mindset, and participation in the mastermind.

Accountability and goal setting. Aside from the specific classes and talks, we will have roughly 2 intimate group coaching sessions where we work out mental blocks, share our progress and set new milestone goals to hit.
